KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring workers for various construction production tasks. Experience preferred but not required.
These are full-time positions at our Production Plant in Caldwell, Idaho, and will be scheduled to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., plus any required evening or Saturday overtime. Hourly wage starts from $20.00 per hour, depending on any prior experience. KIT is also now paying a $1,000 Signing Bonus to new employees after 90 days of employment.

Primary Duties: : Workers complete various construction tasks to build manufactured homes using construction equipment and tools. Available openings vary and departments hiring may include framing, welding, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry/molding, sheet rock, drywall finishing, and roofing.
