A Foundation Built on Purpose
Harmon Construction Services was founded by Ty Harmon in 2018 with a vision to help create stronger, more accessible communities through housing and construction. That vision was deeply personal. After witnessing his own mother pass away at 57 without ever owning a home, Ty understood firsthand the importance of safe, quality housing and the opportunity it can provide for individuals and families.
Rooted in Charlotte, North Carolina, and shaped by a commitment to its communities, Harmon has grown to build not only housing, but education, commercial, and community spaces across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Today, Ty’s vision continues to guide the company: creating places where people can live, learn, work, and thrive, while building a stronger foundation for generations to come.
