The project envisions 132 units – 80 one-bedroom and 52 two-bedroom apartments – tailored for senior households (55 and above) with incomes from 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income. Financed by 4% tax credits, additional funding will come from the CLT Housing Trust Fund and LISC. The joint venture includes Urban Trends and Greystone Affordable Development.
