Centra Square Townhomes are 2-3 bedroom townhomes that were completed through a redevelopment partnership with the non-profit St. Paul Baptist Church built in the heart of the Charlotte neighborhood, Belmont. The houses were designed to enhance the refurbishment of the neighborhood while honoring Belmont’s history and was inspired by the architecture of St. Paul Baptist and the unique craftsman style of housing found throughout the community.
Rent was made affordable to residents through an allocation of tax credits from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA). Ty Harmon was responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and closure of a project. This entails managing resources, budget, timelines, and expectations, as well as leading the project team, setting and tracking progress against the project plan, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
