Founded by Ty Harmon in 2018, the company was built on a deeply personal vision to use housing and construction to create stronger, more accessible communities and opportunities.

After witnessing his mother pass away at 57 without ever owning a home, Ty understood firsthand the importance of safe, quality housing and the stability it can provide. That experience continues to shape Harmon’s work across residential and multifamily housing, education, commercial, and community and civic projects.

Rooted in Charlotte, North Carolina, Harmon has grown into a comprehensive construction partner serving the Southeast. With 130 years of combined industry experience and more than $200 million in projects managed, the company provides pre-construction, general contracting, construction management, design-build, owner’s representation, property maintenance, and utility construction services.
