										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Eastway Park Affordable is a transformative development set to reshape Charlotte&#8217;s housing landscape. Located at 301 Eastway Drive (Parcel 09713115), Charlotte, NC 28213, this 4.6-acre site offers convenience, strategically placed on the east side of Eastway Drive, near North Tryon Street and a short half-mile walk to the Blue Line Extension.<br />
The project envisions 132 units – 80 one-bedroom and 52 two-bedroom apartments – tailored for senior households (55 and above) with incomes from 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income. Financed by 4% tax credits, additional funding will come from the CLT Housing Trust Fund and LISC. The joint venture includes Urban Trends and Greystone Affordable Development.<br />
Key achievements include negotiating the JV structure, guiding rezoning, leading design, and collaborating with contractors for budgeting and timelines. Eastway Park Affordable aims to offer affordable, centrally located housing, bringing hope to Charlotte&#8217;s senior community.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Centra Square Townhomes are 2-3 bedroom townhomes that were completed through a redevelopment partnership with the non-profit St. Paul Baptist Church built in the heart of the Charlotte neighborhood, Belmont. The houses were designed to enhance the refurbishment of the neighborhood while honoring Belmont&#8217;s history and was inspired by the architecture of St. Paul Baptist and the unique craftsman style of housing found throughout the community.</p>
<p>Rent was made affordable to residents through an allocation of tax credits from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA). Ty Harmon was responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and closure of a project. This entails managing resources, budget, timelines, and expectations, as well as leading the project team, setting and tracking progress against the project plan, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Druid Hills Duplex Project is the first-ever For-Sale Affordable Housing Project supported by the City of Charlotte. This project is currently under construction with an estimated completion of December 2024 with 11 Duplex sites, or 22 total units built.</p>
<p>Due to our relationship with the subcontractors and our knowledge of negotiation with projects, we were able to lower the costs of production. Another way we were able to keep costs down was the factor of our companies completing self-performing work.</p>
<p>Ty Harmon is responsible for the design, construction, pre-construction, feasibility study and community outreach on this project. Lee McLin is responsible for the land feasibility and pre-construction. Marques Moore is responsible for architectural design as well as our 3D-modeling.</p>
